Transitions

scoping things out

I actually came to visit Columbia University before the course began, just to see what it was like. One of the many perks of living near Manhattan. The moment I stepped into the campus, I realized that my transformation from a student to a professional would begin, not with my teachers, but with the environment. It’s a magnificent place rich with history and tradition. Anyone would be inspired walking across the vast open lawns and around the imposing architecture. I felt as if I’d entered an entirely new world contained within about six city blocks.
